How we handle it
A small leak rarely stays small. Water follows joists and wall cavities, so the stain you can see is often some distance from the pipe that failed.
We start with what is visible: taps, valves, traps, and supply lines. If those are sound, we pressure test the system and use listening and thermal equipment to find the leak without opening more wall or floor than the repair needs.
Once we find it, you get a fixed price in writing. Most visible leaks are fixed on the first visit. Hidden leaks behind tile or under a slab can need a second visit, and we tell you that before you commit.
If water is coming through a ceiling or pooling near outlets, turn off the water at the main shutoff valve and call the emergency line.
