How we handle it
Small electrical jobs are the ones most often put off, and the ones that make a home easier to live in. An outlet where you need one. A dimmer in the dining room. A ceiling light in a room that never had one.
We price these per item, so you know the total before we arrive. If several small jobs can be done in one visit, we group them and the price reflects it.
Every new point is tested, and we add GFCI or AFCI protection where current code calls for it. Where we need to open a wall to run cable, we cut a small access hole and patch it ready for paint.
An outlet that is warm, discolored, or crackling should not be used. Stop using it and call us.
